I want to get a tattoo of sort of an old jesus time nail (or nails) with a rose wrapped around it, does anyone know where I can find a picture of something like it?Tattoo of a nail with a rose wrapped around it?

Just tell your idea to the tattoo artist, otherwise why they called them a tattoo artist right? You can always tell them your opinion and they won't be mad at you...You don't have to search all over the internet or have some friends to draw it up for you, the tattoo artist will draw it up for you
Describe it to your artist, and he/she will work with you to create the exact image you want.
There are a lot of tattoo websites offering tattoo designs. Make sure get it from reliable resources, search online or have your tattoo artist design it for you to make it unique. Since tattoos are permanent, make sure that its a design that you will be proud of for the rest of your life.

don't get a tatoo it'll just sag like your skin will and it wouldn't look like it would now in the next 10-20 years.
